We are proud to announce the successful delivery of a KNOLL MultiBaler 820 to Costa Rica.
This machine is fitted with the latest generation Hatz engine: a 3-cylinder, water-cooled model which, as an Open Power Unit (OPU), delivers an output of over 45 kW at 2250 rpm. Thanks to thorough engineering and preparation, our colleagues have fitted this engine with a belt drive and integrated it as a single unit onto the standard KNOLL MultiBaler 820.
This unique configuration allows the machine to be used completely independently. This offers the user maximum flexibility, for example to fill the silo simultaneously using a tractor.
Following extensive on-site training and instruction by our colleague Erik, the machine has been successfully commissioned. The customer has now produced over 1,000 bales — a fine testament to the reliability and performance of this solution.
