Recently we delivered a very unique combination of machines to a new customer from Abu Dhabi.

This customer had seen a similar combination in action and contacted Knoll B.V. whether we could supply them with the same system as a complete combination.

We seized this opportunity and this eventually led to the delivery of a set of new machines in the following specification:

KNOLL MultiBaler 1220 in combination with a NEW HOLLAND FR 480

To be able to use both machines in combination, we fitted the MultiBaler 1220 with a gearbox for 1000 rpm drive. In addition, the NEW HOLLAND FR 480 on this chopper is equipped with a 1000 rpm PTO drive. This PTO drive in combination with the drawbar are specially designed to fit seamlessly to the KNOLL MultiBaler 1220. This makes it possible to use both machines in one pass.

The NEW HOLLAND FR 480 is also equipped with a KEMPER 445 (6-row) forage harvester. In addition, this 476 HP chopper is equipped with various options such as metal detector, automatic greasing, climate control, camera system, etc.

Soon we expect to start up the entire combination of machines in Abu Dhabi at the location of the new owner.
